Orientation Practice/Workout Sessions



PREPARE YOURSELF NOW FOR THE NEXT PHYSICAL ABILITIES TEST!
THE WORK OUT CONSIST OF: RUNNING, A BODY WEIGHT CIRCUIT and CLIMBING THE 5 1/2' WALL & THE 150lb-DUMMY DRAG.  The session last about 1 hour.
THE WORK OUTS ARE DESIGNED FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS.
